All my life I've been a technology optimist at heart. That's why I'm passionate about technology, science and the positive impact it can have on organizations and on individuals. And decided to start a blog about this. Why not?
On organizations, I have 25+ years of professional experience at the interface of technology and business. My Ph.D. is on economics and organizational science. So all my professional life I've been fascinated by the question: Why do some organizations successfully adopt technologies to "turn next into now" - and others don't? As I'm also deep into AI/ML via my work, I've decided to look deeper into how make organizational learning for AI work.
On individuals, I've been a fitness enthusiast all my life. Not just physical fitness, but also improving my overall wellbeing and performance via nutrition, sleep, and many "life hacks". So the question that drives me here is: What works well to lead a long, healthy and productive life?
